TRANSFORMATIONAL STRATAGIES LLC CONSTITUTION

ARTICLE I

NAME

The name of this body shall be TRANSFORMAITONAL STRATAGIES LLC.

PREAMBLE

VISION, CORE VALUES AND MISSION

VISION: The vision of Transformational Strategies LLC is to provide resources, workshops and consulting to help communities and individuals experience transformation. That may include helping a community be transformed from a downward slide to booming economy or those trapped in addiction to experience freedom through holistic treatment, integrated curriculum and a full continuum of care.

MISSION: Transformational Strategies LLC is committed to:

 

  1. Understanding the Principles of the Kingdom of God for Transformation

Our foundation is understanding the principles of the Kingdom of God that will help a community or individual experience transformation. We seek the Holy Spirit to guide the process to apply these principles in a way that results is significance positive change resulting is transformation. 

 

  1. Servant Leadership

Our heart’s desire is to walk humbly before God and one another.  As Jesus, our example, we seek not to be served but to serve remembering that every seat of authority begins in that place of sacrificial service in the Body.

 

  1. Unified Fervent Prayer

Our passion is to unite in fervent prayer to release the power and presence of the Kingdom of God in our midst.  We believe faith-filled, fervent prayer is our primary weapon to advance the kingdom of light in defeating the kingdom of darkness.

 

  1. Seeking God’s Strategy

Our focus is to seek God’s strategy and timing to prepare the way for transforming revival.  We believe God has called us to join in His work depending on Him for our direction, strength and strategy.

 

  1. Community Transformation  

Our goal is to help any community interested to pray for and work toward Community-wide transformation.  We believe this transformation will occur when the values and institutions of any community are overrun by the presence and power of God.  Our desire is to see every strata of our society touched and transformed by the Kingdom of God.

 

ARTICLE II

NATURE OF OUR APPROACH

 

Section I – This entity is focused on helping communities and individuals understand the process needed to bring about significant change for the good. We will provide books, conferences, workshops, and consulting that will assist in this journey. We believe that God give us wisdom and power to apply His principles that lead to transformational growth. We are committed to serve any that are interested in authentic growth and change. 

 

Section II – Transformational Strategies LLC is an organization based on the scriptural concept that all true believers are members of the Body of which Christ is the Head. We believe we are to be a blessing to all. Our desire is to be the “salt & light” to any who need and want our assistance. We are convicted help any and all who want to experience the blessings of God in their lives.

 

Section III – Transformational Strategies LLC is designed to perform only those services which communities and individual request assistance. We believe we are to assist them in their journey. We want to help them in the manner they desire. 

 

Section IV – We believe every Community & Individual has their own unique challenges. Therefore, our desire is to offer to them what they need to meet those unique challenges. Our goal is to customize our assistance to meet their unique needs.

 

Section V –Transformational Strategies LLC, does recognize that any community today cannot experience true transformation without addressing the issue of addiction. Therefore, we are committed to help the community as a whole, created the unity and strategies needed for significant positive change, we also want to find solutions for those in the bondage of addiction, so they can become part of the solution rather than the problem.

 

Section VI – Being international in character, Transformational Strategies LLC may be extended to any country in the world.

 

ARTICLE III

GENERAL PURPOSES AND PROVISIONS

 

  1. The purposes for which Transformational Strategies is formed as a for profit corporation are:
  2. a)  Produces books, workshops, curriculum, and consulting that will help any community or individual experience positive change for the good.
  3. b) To promote and distribute encouraging and inspiriting stories of those communities and individuals who have experience some level of significant positive change.
  4. c)  Educate community leaders about the principles that produce significant positive in their community.
  5. d)  Establish help for the needy and promote better living standards for the local community.
  6. e)  Establish conference and workshops as needed in a community.
  7. f)  To recognize what approaches that are not productive.
  8. g)  To encourage and draw attention to those strategies and approaches that do have effective results.
  9. h)  To emphasize, encourage and promote innovative and creative ideas that are working in making a difference.
  10. i)  To assume and share the responsibility of expanding the Kingdom of God for those who are open and interested.
  11. j)  To promote unity and fellowship among those who do want to make a difference in their community or help in the addiction field.
  12. k)  To provide means and ways by which the above objectives may be obtained.
  13. l)  To provide such services as may be necessary to anyone requesting our help.

 

  1. This corporation shall operate under the laws of the State of West Virginia designed to oversee for-profit corporations. All the income of this LLC will be used for the purposes stated above. The organization shall be run by its Board of Directors who have appointed officers. 

 

  1. There shall be no voting members to the corporation.  The corporation will be governed by the original Board of Directors and its successors as appointed.

 

  1. The Board of Directors shall not be less than three.

 

ARTICLE IV

ASSOCIATION/AFFILIATION WITH OUR NETWORK:

 

Section I – All communities, organizations and individuals, regardless of their past, which believe in the principles, nature and purpose of Transformational Strategies LLC may make application to become a part of the network.  All applications for association or affiliation with this entity shall include an official recommendation as may be required by the Board of Directors and subject to the final approval of the Board.

 

Section II –Affiliation with this entity and the use of our materials or strategies must be approved by our officers or board.

 

Section III – All communities, organization and individuals may be considered for association or affiliation with our network by filing an official application.  Such applications will indicate the type of relationship required.  Only those who share out vision and purposes shall be considered.  

 

Section IV – The affiliated communities shall be represented one in an official capacity.

 

Section V – Names of associated and affiliated communities, organizations and individuals will be published in an annual directory and made available to all those in our network.
